There one thing I really wanna do during my first 2years, but I wasn't able to do

here, if i want to make soto nnti, i refer here.

SOTO;
1 ekor ayam bersihkan.
2 biji bawang besor-blend
5 ulas kecik bawang putih-blend
1 inci halia-blend sebab lengkuas takde stok sepatutnya lengkuas
1/2 inci kunyit hidup-blend
2 biji buah keras-blend

1 sdk lada hitam
1 sdk ketumbar
1 sdk jintan manis
1 sdk jintan putih

Lada hitam,ketumbar,jintan manis Dan jintan putih semua Goreng tanpa minyak lepas tu blender.

2 btg serai di titik
1 kiub pati ayam
3 sudu besar serbuk sup adabi.

CARA:-
-Tumis semua Bahan hingga naik bau. Masukkan ayam Dan air. Rebus ayam tu hingga masak. Angkat ayam biar sejuk lepas tu carik carik kecik.

-Sup tu perasakan dgn garam,kiub Dan angkat la.

Nasi Impit Rebus
Kacang tanah Goreng
Daun Sup Dan bawang garnish
Suun Goreng
Ayam rebus yg di siat siat tadi

Sambal kicap

10 biji cili API. Nak Lebih tambah je.
3 ulas bawang putih
Kicap

Semua Bahan tuk Sambal kicap blender

Pergedil saya ambik resipi dlm Myresipi.com semua resipi Lebih kurang sama je dlm tu.
